@Xfinity It routinely goes out and they do restarts every single day pretty much . Just got off the phone with customer service and like I said it was like talking to the wall . They tried to sell us on more stuff like xfinity streaming service that I don’t want or need.

@Xfinity @comcastcares Lol he did, and doesn't want to pay more for service he already signed up for a year ago! It's crazy that he's under a contract that Comcast can change and take away channels that he signed up for! Seems wrong, and he, from what I see on the internets other customers, are fed up!

@ananavarro @comcast I feel your pain...Comcast (in my opinion) has one of the worst customer service departments I have ever experienced. Each employee I've encountered whether on the phone or a field tech has different answers and solutions. Comcast has a well documented history of lousy service.
