Been here a few times mostly to use the pool with my daughters so we normally use the woman's change room, tonight my husband came with so we used the family room. It was not nearly as clean as the woman's room normally is, and it smelt like urine, some change rooms and showers worse than others, but you could smell it throughout. I've heard someone day that it stunk before but it was awhile ago and thought it would have been taken care of by now.Other than that we love coming here.

We came to the pool yesterday, April 1. The family change room was terribly dirty and smelled of urine. Even the lockers were smelly. We come often to the y and we do enjoy it but lately the big pool and been so cold and the hot tub is really hot. A nice balance would be great. We pay alot to come to the facility and I think we should expect a higher standard. Maybe it was a one off.let's hope so
Lived in Lethbridge for 55 years. Now live in Nanaimo. Came here with my granddaughter and wife. Was shocked to see they charge DOUBLE what it costs in Nanaimo. This facility is NO better. In fact Nanaimo aquatic has three water slides that are all way bigger faster.INCLUSIVITY comes in many shapes. You guys failed at including folks that can’t afford it. It’s unfortunate Lethbridge spent all that money on a “bicycle course” in the middle of downtown traffic obstructing many handicapped people.Who runs this city ?????Not the people I guess.
