What is the difference between SIM4 and SIM4C? ›

The SIM4 and SIM4X buses run during rush hour in the peak direction, while SIM4C buses operate during off-peak hours.

Express bus: $7 (Reduced Fare, during off-peak hours only, will remain at $3.25) Paratransit and Access-A-Ride: $2.90.

Express buses only accept 7-Day Express Bus Plus MetroCard or Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard. All of our buses and +SelectBusService Coin Fare Collector machines accept exact fare in coins. Dollar bills, pennies, and half-dollar coins are not accepted.
